Mission
The
philosophy of Mother Catherine Spalding
School is that Catholic Education is an
expression of the Evangelizing Mission
entrusted by Jesus to the Church.
Essentially, we recognize the fundamentals
of education rest with Parents and share
in these responsibilities. The
school's purposes are to teach the Message
of Jesus, Academically Educate, Build
Community, and to Serve Others. The
entire environment of our Catholic School
is to assist our Students to grow in
Knowledge and Experience of Jesus as their
Lord, Savior and Brother. This is a
vital process in a totally integrated
learning situation within a Loving Faith
Community form which the experience of the
Students will carry them through a
lifetime of Formal and Informal Learning.
Together with the growing Interpersonal
Relationships of Home, School, and
Parishes, we all strive to become a
Witnessing Community of Faith Believers
with an Awareness of Responsible Service.
