Information
The 2003/2004 MCSS Bingo
Chairperson/Coordinator is Catherine
Smith. If you have any questions, please
call her at 301-884-7472, but first read
the following below information:
Please locate your name and the date you
have been assigned to work Bingo on the
schedules (links are above). Your
name should appear once under each
schedule.
When you arrive at ADF North, please be
sure to sign in. The sign-in sheet
is located at the back desk. If you
are scheduled to work on a day that is not
convenient, you are required to switch
with another parent. If you trade a
night with another parent that was
originally scheduled to work, cross out
their name, print your name and then sign
in. DO NOT SIMPLY SIGN
INITIALS. It is imperative
that you sign in -- this way you receive
credit for working your appointment.
If you miss your scheduled night, you
will be billed $125.00 (one
hundred-twenty-five dollars). If you
miss two turns, you will no longer have
the option of working "Bingo" and will be
billed $125.00 for the remaining number of
Bingo assignments for the 2003-2004 school
year. As an alternative of
trading nights, an approved substitute
will work in your place at a reduced rate.
Their names and numbers are listed on the
schedule.
Team Captains are responsible for
reminding their team members of the date
and time they are scheduled to work
(captains are the first name listed for
each team). If you team captain does
not notify you, this does not
mean you are excused from working you
assigned night. Bingo is "YOUR"
responsibility! If you do not
receive a new schedule when the current
one expires, check with your child or with
the school to request one. BINGO
IS YEAR ROUND (INCLUDING SUMMER MONTHS),
so a new schedule should be received each
time one finishes. PLEASE, do
not bring children to Bingo when it is you
turn to work.

Please be prompt and do not leave early.
If a team member is not present before the
start of the evening, please contact them
at home from ADF, as a last minute
reminder. Phone numbers are on the
sign-in sheet. In case of an
emergency, or if you think Bingo may be
cancelled due to inclement weather, call
ADF at 301-884-8889.
