conditioning. Out of five bids, only
one came back. The others said they did
not have enough time to prepare the bids
before the Easter deadline. Two
companies have since re-bid and will
have a bid in by next week. No one will
be able to complete it before the summer

return the $1,000.00 allocated for this
back into the account, since it has
already been paid for. Motion was
seconded and the "ayes" won.

be taken care of next week when the
weather is expected to improve.

As a
follow up to the insurance money
received from our losses, Father Ward

for tuition assistance. he will notify
us as soon as they replay to his
request.

the Executive Committee to pay for end
of the school year awards. The motion
was seconded and passed.
NEW
BUSINESS
-
Donna
Wrenn motioned for a new copy machine
for the teacher's lounge. The old one
is currently held together with duct
tape. Before money was allocated, Donna

cost.

changes to your child's normal dismissal
routine, that parents notify the school
by 2:30 PM. There have been some close
