Every student must have a current Emergency Information on file in the school office.  Parents of new students to MCS are/were given this information in the registration packet.  A blank Emergency form for update will be distributed the first week of school to all families.  Please return this requested information the following day.  During the school year, please call the school with any changes.  We need work phone numbers for parents, as well as the names and phone numbers of relatives or close friends for use in the event of an emergency.
